Precision Subcontract Machining and Manufacturing Capacity

Manufacturing Capabilities Built for Industrial Demands

Benetone Pump Supply offers subcontract machining across a broad range of turning, milling, grinding, and broaching work. Our workshop combines CNC precision with skilled manual machining, giving us the flexibility to handle one-off components, repairs, and small production batches alike. While our roots are in the oil and gas sector, we welcome enquiries from every industry, from a single prototype part to ongoing supply. Send us your drawing and we will assess the job, advise on the best approach, and provide a competitive quote.

Turning

From compact components to long shafts up to two metres between centres, our turning capacity covers both CNC and manual work. Power chuck and various chuck options let us hold a wide range of parts securely for accurate, repeatable results.

Milling

Our milling capacity spans CNC machining centres and manual mills, suited to everything from precise prismatic parts to larger components. Multiple machines give us the flexibility to keep lead times short across a mix of jobs.

Grinding

For fine finishes and tight tolerances, our surface grinding capability delivers flat, accurate faces where surface quality matters. It is ideal for finishing hardened parts and achieving close dimensional control.

Broaching

Our key seater broaching adds internal keyways and profiles across a useful size range, a common requirement for shafts, gears, and coupling components. Keeping this in-house means multi-stage jobs stay under one roof.

Inspection and Quality

Quality is checked in-house at every stage. Our coordinate measuring machine provides accurate dimensional verification, backed by an extensive range of manual inspection equipment, so components leave our workshop measured, documented, and right first time.
